Company Information

Prices

All prices are listed in DKK, EUR, GBP, and USD including 25% VAT.

Reservations are made for sold out items.

We reserve the right to regulate the prices of goods and freight in the event that our suppliers raise prices.

Payment

At Quote Copenhagen's webshop you can pay with a Credit/Debit card, PayPal or MobilePay.

Once we have shipped your order, the money will be deducted from your account.

No card fees will be imposed on the order upon payment.

When you order goods via our website, you will receive an email with Order Confirmation and a copy of the invoice.

Security

Quote Copenhagen encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction.

Quote Copenhagen uses PensoPay as an acquirer.

Customs Duties and VAT

If you order from an EU country, your local VAT is paid, but no customs duties according to the rules on the free movement of goods. Items shipped from Quote Copenhagen cannot be sent as a gift to countries outside the EU in an attempt to evade local customs and taxes.

If you order from a country outside the EU, local taxes and duties may be imposed, for which we cannot be held responsible, but in return Danish VAT will be deducted. If this is the case, you will be contacted by the shipping company. We use UPS. Be aware that this may delay shipping a lot, as the goods will be held back at customs. It is therefore your responsibility to answer the request from the shipping company and pay the additional costs for Customs and VAT.

Delivery

Delivery time is 2-4 business days.

In Denmark we send with GLS to the nearest parcel shop.

EU and Europe, we use UPS to the nearest UPS Access Point.

Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

REMEMBER TO FILL IN THE ENCLOSED RETURN SLIP AND ATTACH THE SUBMITTED INVOICE

You have 14 days right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The standard cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by sending an email to info@qbb.dk. In your message, you must make clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you do not send us an email first, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your package.

You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form, which is found below and sent with return.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing receipt of the item without giving us clear notice. In that case there will not be a refund.

Return Policy

REMEMBER TO FILL IN THE ENCLOSED RETURN SLIP AND ATTACH THE SUBMITTED ORDER CONFIRMATION.

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of cancellation. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item.

When returning, you are responsible for the item being packed securely into the original packaging and the item's tag with its unique number must be included. You bear the risk from delivery until we receive it.

The Condition of the Item When Returned

You are liable for any depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the item's nature, characteristics and function.

If the product has been tested beyond this, we consider it used, meaning you may receive only part or none of the purchase amount depending on commercial value.

To receive the full amount, you must treat it as in a physical store—test but not use. Goods without the tag cannot be returned.

Refund of Purchase Amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your payment back. Any depreciation will be deducted.

If you use the right of withdrawal, we refund all payments including delivery costs.

Refunds are made with the same payment method used for the purchase.

We may withhold refund until receiving the item back.

Return Address

What Should I Send Back?

You must attach a copy of the order confirmation/invoice and the return form or the standard withdrawal form.

Important

Note: We do not receive parcels sent cash on delivery.

Warranty

The Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.

You have 24 months warranty. Depending on the case, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or receive a price reduction.

The complaint must be justified and not due to misuse or damaging behavior.

Disclaimer

Textiles are made from recycled materials and may have small spots, needle marks, repairs or color variations.

How Soon Should I Complain?

Within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

Shipping Costs

If justified, we refund reasonable shipping costs or arrange collection. This must be agreed with Quote Copenhagen.

Privacy Policy

For an agreement we need: Name, address, phone number, email.

Data is registered to deliver goods. Stored for five years, then deleted.

Personal data collected on the website requires explicit consent.
